A question from our friends at the Library of Congress:

My question is whether there are licensed technicians here, in the states, for the Polar cutters still in use.

The original company in Germany definitely has an overseas presence, but is there anything here in the states?

Is everyone using un-licensed technicians to repair and maintain their machines?
